On 27 April 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy in Amman, in collaboration with Roya TV, organised the filming of a Roya TV programto to promote Thai cuisine in Jordan.

On this occasion, H.E. Mrs. Jirapon Jirampaikool, Ambassador of Thailand, performed the cooking demonstration showcasing two Thai flavourful dishes, namely Green Curry and Spicy Glass Noodle Salad. The cooking demonstration program was hosted by Chef Saddam Daaajah, a leading Jordanian Chef.

Her Excellency the ambassadors of Thailand addressed the audience on the palatable uniqueness and distinctive characteristics of Thai cuisine, including the balanced blend of flavors, as well as the intricate art of Thai wisdom in fruit and vegetable carving.

She further invited the audience to try fresh ingredients and products from Thailand, particularly the renowned Thai jasmine rice, which is available in many Jordan markets.
