On 2 August 2018 His Excellency Mr. Pornpong Kanittanon, Ambassador of Thailand to Jordan, awarded scholarships to three Thai students in Jordan for the year 2018. Mr. Maher Shakhatreh, President of the Jordanian-Thai Friendship Association, and Mr. Bashar Kasawneh, member of the Association, as the patron of the scholarship, were also present in the event.
