On 20 April 2019, His Excellency Mr. Pornporg Kanittanon, Ambassador of Thailand to Jordan, and Madam Ambassador hosted a farewell dinner at the Thai residence in honour of His Excellency Mr. Lee Bom-Yon, Ambassador of the Republic of Korean to Jordan, and Mrs. Yun Jongmi, Madam Ambassador in the occasion that His Excellency Mr. Lee has completed his tenure in Amman. Guests included the Ambassadors of Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Japan, Egypt and Panama and businessman in Amman. In this occasion, the Ambassador of Thailand thanked the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea for his friendship rendered to him and his spouse and praised his strong role as the Korean Ambassador to Jordan. The guests were served with Thai cuisine including Chor Muang, Tom Khai Gai, Stuffed Chicken Wings, Green Curry with Beef and Strawberry Loi Kaew as dessert and mangosteen, which is the Thai fruit brought by the Thai delegation to Amman.
