NON-IMMIGRANT (B)

 

Purpose of visit: to work in Thailand

Requirements for applications Single entry visas

  1. Completed application form (please complete all parts as clearly as possible).
  2. Two (2) color photos of applicant (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.)
  3. Copy of valid Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival into the Kingdom).
  4. Copy of National ID. If the applicant does not have a national ID, a driver’s license or house registration can be used.
  5. Letter of acceptance from the Ministry of Labour. To obtain this letter, the applicant’s prospective employer in Thailand is required to submit a WP3 Form to the Office of Foreign Workers Administration, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour or at the Provincial Employment Office in the employing company's respective province,Other documents which could be used to replace WP3 Approval Letter include a letter from the Board of Investment and Thai government agencies.
  6. Copy of the applicant's work permit (if the applicant has previously worked in the Kingdom and is returning to continue his/her work)
  7. Official letter from the employing company in Thailand with details of job position/qualifications, salary and employment duration (signed and stamped by an authorized managing director of the company on the company's letterhead)
  8. Documents from counterpart in Thailand
  • A copy of the company’s registration/business license.
  • A copy of the company’s list of shareholders.
  • A copy of the company’s VAT Registration Certificate.
  1. Evidence of educational qualification and work experience.
  2. Recent bank statement (last 6 months) certified by the bank.
  3. Copy of an Airline ticket or confirmation slip with applicant's name, flight number as well as date of entry and departure.
  4. Copy of an accommodation bookings for the entire stay in Thailand.

 

Requirements for applications for Iraqi Nationals

Step 1

  1. Completed application form (please complete all parts as clearly as possible).
  2. One (1) color photos of applicant (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.)
  3. Copy of National ID and valid Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival into the Kingdom) together in 1 A4-sized paper.
  4. Letter of acceptance from the Ministry of Labour. To obtain this letter, the applicant’s prospective employer in Thailand is required to submit a WP3 Form to the Office of Foreign Workers Administration, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour or at the Provincial Employment Office in the employing company's respective province, Other documents which could be used to replace WP3 Approval Letter include a letter from the Board of Investment and Thai government agencies.
  5. Copy of the applicant's work permit (if the applicant has previously worked in the Kingdom and is returning to continue his/her work)

Step 2 applicant or agency must confirm approval after Step 1 with Thai Embassy first

  1. Original Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival into the Kingdom).
  2. 3 Completed application form with renewed proposed date of arrival.
  3. Three (3) color photos of applicant (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.)
  4. Recent bank statement (last 6 months) certified by the bank.
  5. Copy of an Airline ticket or confirmation slip with applicant's name, flight number as well as date of entry and departure.
  6. Copy of an accommodation bookings for the entire stay in Thailand.

 

 

Requirements for Palestinian Nationals with residence in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank

  1. 3 Completed application form (please complete all parts as clearly as possible).

  3. Copy of valid Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival into the Kingdom).

Visa application fee

  • Single Entry : 60 JOD

 

Validity of visa

  • The single entry visa must be utilized within 3 months from the date of issuance.

 

Period of stay in Thailand

  • When entering Thailand within the given time frame, the immigration officer at the entry point will grant a 90-day stay. This is the initial period of stay for this type of visa. For an extension of stay beyond 90 days, application must be made at an Immigration Bureau.
