On 23 May 2022, H.E. Mr. Supark Prongthura, Ambassador of Thailand to Jordan was invited to attend the inauguration of Global Land Forum (GLF) at the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre in the Dead Sea region. The Forum, to be held between 21-26 May 2022, gathers experts from 78 countries to discuss and exchange experiences on the issues of climate change, land rights, food systems and other relevant issues. The Ministry of Agriculture of Jordan, EU, International Land Coalition (ILC) and SEED-Jordan are co-hosting this event. H.E. Ambassador also attended the gala diner and had an opportunity to congratulate H.E. Minister of Agriculture of Jordan for the launching of Jordan National Land Governance Strategy during this event.
