On 23 June 2017 His Excellency Mr. Pornpong Kanittanon, Ambassador of Thailand to Jordan, inaugurated the Ramadan 2017 Iftar Dinner for the Thai students in Jordan. The event was attended by the Embassy officials and family members, Mr. Maher Shakhatreh, President of the Jordanian Thai Friendship Association, members of the Association, and Thai students from various universities across Jordan. A total of 200 people attended the event.
