On the 23rd of March 2016 H.E. General Chatchai Sarikulya Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Thailand and H.E Dr. Akef Al-Zoubi Minister of Agriculture of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan signed the Memorandum of Understanding on technical cooperation under the project on weather modification by royal rain making technology.
