On 27 June 2019, His Excellency Mr. Pornporg Kanittanon, Ambassador of Thailand to Jordan, and Madam Ambassador hosted a welcoming dinner at the Thai residence in honour of His Excellency Mr. Haji Mahadi bin Haji Maidin, Ambassador of Brunei Darussalem, His Excellency Mr. Lee Jae-wan, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea, His Excellency Mr. Ebrahim Mohammed Saley, Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa, and their spouses in the occasion of assuming their duties in Amman. Guests included Duke Mamdouh Bisharat, Mrs. Basma Bisharat, the Ambassadors of the Republic of Iraq, the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, the Czech Republic, and the General Manager of Le Grand Amman. The guests were served with Thai cuisine including Khao Tang Na Tung, Tom Yum Goong, Masaman Gai and Look Choop as dessert.
