NON-IMMIGRANT (B)

 

Purpose of visit: To engage in business related activities in Thailand

Requirements for applications Single entry visas

  1. Completed application form (please complete all parts as clearly as possible).
  2. Two (2) color photos of applicant (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.)
  3. Copy of valid Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival into the Kingdom).
  4. Copy of National ID. If the applicant does not have a national ID, a driver’s license or house registration can be used.
  5. Letter from employer mentioning the applicant’s name, position, purpose and dates of visit to Thailand For self-employed, business license/registration under the applicant’s name must be submitted.
  6. Company’s registration/business license (English translation)
  7. Documents from counterpart in Thailand
  • Invitation letter.
  • A copy of the company’s registration/business license.
  • A copy of the company’s list of shareholders.
  • A copy of the company’s VAT Registration Certificate.
  1. Copy of an Airline ticket or confirmation slip with applicant's name, flight number as well as date of entry and departure.
  2. Copy of an accommodation bookings for the entire stay in Thailand.
  3. Additional required documents for visa application during COVID-19 pandemic are as follows:

    1. Copy of book bank/bank statement with minimum deposit equivalent to no less than 500,000 Thai Baht (around 16,200 USD) for the past 6 months.
    2. Supporting documents from inviting company or investor.
      1. In case of entering Thailand for business purpose, the inviting company must have paid registered capital no less than 2,000,000 Thai Baht.
      2. In case of Investment in Thailand, the applicant is required to provide (1) the evidence of ownership of apartment OR (2) evidence of depositing fund to the bank account and copy of book bank in Thailand OR (3) Thai government bonds. The value of these items must be at least 3,000,000 Thai Baht

 

Requirements for applications for Iraqi Nationals

Step 1

  1. Completed application form (please complete all parts as clearly as possible).
  2. One (1) color photos of applicant (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.)
  3. Copy of National ID and valid Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival into the Kingdom) together in 1 A4-sized paper.
  4. Letter from employer mentioning the applicant’s name, position, purpose and dates of visit to Thailand For self-employed, business license/registration under the applicant’s name must be submitted.
  5. Company’s registration/business license (English translation)
  6. Documents from counterpart in Thailand
  • Invitation letter.
  • A copy of the company’s registration/business license.
  • A copy of the company’s list of shareholders.
  • A copy of the company’s VAT Registration Certificate.

     7. Additional required documents for visa application during COVID-19 pandemic are as follows:

  1. Copy of book bank/bank statement with minimum deposit equivalent to no less than 500,000 Thai Baht (around 16,200 USD) for the past 6 months.
  2. Supporting documents from inviting company or investor.
    1. In case of entering Thailand for business purpose, the inviting company must have paid registered capital no less than 2,000,000 Thai Baht.
    2. In case of Investment in Thailand, the applicant is required to provide (1) the evidence of ownership of apartment OR (2) evidence of depositing fund to the bank account and copy of book bank in Thailand OR (3) Thai government bonds. Step 2 applicant or agency must confirm approval after Step 1 with Thai Embassy first

  1. Original Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival into the Kingdom).

  4. Copy of an Airline ticket or confirmation slip with applicant's name, flight number as well as date of entry and departure.
  5. Copy of an accommodation bookings for the entire stay in Thailand.

 

Requirements for Palestinian Nationals with residence in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank

  1. 3 Completed application form (please complete all parts as clearly as possible).
  2. Three (3) color photos of applicant (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.)
  3. Copy of valid Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival into the Kingdom).
  4. Copy of National ID. If the applicant does not have a national ID, a driver’s license or house registration can be used.
  5. Letter from employer mentioning the applicant’s name, position, purpose and dates of visit to Thailand For self-employed, business license/registration under the applicant’s name must be submitted.

  1. Recent bank statement (last 6 months) certified by the bank, with minimum deposit equivalent to no less than 500,000 Thai Baht (around 16,200 USD). (additional requirement during COVID-19 Pandemic).
  2. Supporting documents from inviting company or investor (additional requirement during COVID-19 Pandemic).
    1. In case of entering Thailand for business purpose, the inviting company must have paid registered capital no less than 2,000,000 Thai Baht.

Visa application fee

  • Single Entry : 60 JOD

 

Validity of visa

  • The single entry visa must be utilized within 3 months from the date of issuance.

 

Period of stay in Thailand

  • When entering Thailand within the given time frame, the immigration officer at the entry point will grant a 90-day stay. This is the initial period of stay for this type of visa. For an extension of stay beyond 90 days, application must be made at an Immigration Bureau.
