NON-IMMIGRANT (O)

Purpose of visit : For foreign spouse/ children of a Thai citizen.

Requirements for applications Single entry visas

1. Completed application form (please complete all parts as clearly as possible).
2. Two (2) color photos of applicant (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.)
3. Copy of valid Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival into the Kingdom).
4. Copy of National ID. If the applicant does not have a national ID, a driver’s license or house registration can be used.
5. Proof of relationship with the main visa applicant or a Thai citizen (e.g. certificate of marriage, birth certificate etc.).
6. Copy of the Thai citizen’s Thai ID card.
7. Copy of the Thai citizen’s Thai house registration.
8. Recent bank statement (last 6 months) certified by the bank.
9. Copy of an Airline ticket or confirmation slip with applicant's name, flight number as well as date of entry and departure.
10. Copy of an accommodation bookings for the entire stay in Thailand.

Requirements for applications for Iraqi Nationals

Step 1

1. Completed application form (please complete all parts as clearly as possible).
2. One (1) color photos of applicant (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.)
3. Copy of National ID and valid Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival into the Kingdom) together in 1 A4-sized paper.
4. Proof of relationship with the main visa applicant or a Thai citizen (e.g. certificate of marriage, birth certificate etc.)
5. Copy of the Thai citizen’s Thai ID card.
6. Copy of the Thai citizen’s Thai house registration.
7. Recent bank statement (last 6 months) certified by the bank.

Step 2 applicant or agency must confirm approval after Step 1 with Thai Embassy first

1. Original passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival into the Kingdom).
2. Three (3) additional copies of the completed application form with renewed proposed date of arrival.
3. Three (3) color photos of applicant (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.)
4. Copy of an Airline ticket or confirmation slip with applicant's name, flight number as well as date of entry and departure.
5. Copy of an accommodation bookings for the entire stay in Thailand.

Requirements for Palestinian Nationals with residence in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank

1. 3 Completed application form (please complete all parts as clearly as possible).
2. Three (3) color photos of applicant (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.)
3. Copy of valid Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival into the Kingdom).
4. Copy of National ID. If the applicant does not have a national ID, a driver’s license or house registration can be used.
5. Evidence of employment.
6. Copy of the Thai citizen’s Thai ID card.
7. Copy of the Thai citizen’s Thai house registration.
8. Recent bank statement (last 6 months) certified by the bank.
9. Proof of relationship with the main visa applicant or a Thai citizen (e.g. certificate of marriage, birth certificate etc.)
10. Copy of an airline ticket or confirmation slip with relevant details.
11. Copy of an accommodation bookings for the entire stay in Thailand.

Visa application fee

• Single Entry : 60 JOD

Validity of visa

• The single entry visa must be utilized within 3 months from the date of issuance.

Period of stay in Thailand

• When entering Thailand within the given time frame, the immigration officer at the entry point will grant a 90-day stay. This is the initial period of stay for this type of visa. For an extension of stay beyond 90 days, application must be made at an Immigration Bureau.
