TRANSIT (TS)

Purpose of visit : To transit through Thailand to another country.

Requirements for applications Single entry visas

1. Completed application form (please complete all parts as clearly as possible).
2. Two (2) color photos of applicant (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.)
3. Copy of valid Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival into the Kingdom).
4. Copy of National ID. If the applicant does not have a national ID, a driver’s license or house registration can be used.
5. Copy of transportation ticket and accommodation reservation/ confirmation for transiting through Thailand.

Requirements for applications for Iraqi National

Step 1

1. Completed application form (please complete all parts as clearly as possible).
2. One (1) color photos of applicant (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.)
3. Copy of National ID and valid Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival into the Kingdom) together in 1 A4-sized paper.

Step 2 applicant or agency must confirm approval after Step 1 with Thai Embassy first

1. Original Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival into the Kingdom).
2. 3 Completed application form with renewed proposed date of arrival.
3. Three (3) color photos of applicant (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.)
4. Copy of transportation ticket and accommodation reservation/ confirmation for transiting through Thailand.

Requirements for Palestinian Nationals with residence in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank

1. 3 Completed application form (please complete all parts as clearly as possible).
2. Three (3) color photos of applicant (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.)
3. Copy of valid Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended arrival into the Kingdom).
4. Copy of National ID. If the applicant does not have a national ID, a driver’s license or house registration can be used.
5. Evidence of employment.
6. Recent bank statement (last 6 months) certified by the bank.
7. Copy of transportation ticket and accommodation reservation/ confirmation for transiting through Thailand.

Additional documents required for Double entry visa

1. Copy of transportation ticket and accommodation reservation/ confirmation for second arrival transiting through Thailand.

Visa application fee

• Single Entry : 25 JOD
• Double Entry : 50 JOD

Validity of visa

• The single entry and double entry visa must be utilized within 3 months from the date of issuance.

Period of stay in Thailand

• This type of visas is for transit travellor only.The procedure is the same as for a tourist visa,except that the duration of stay is 30 Days.
