On 28 October 2020, H.E. Mr. Pornpong Kanittanon, Ambassador of Thailand to Jordan, hosted lunch to Mr. Maher Shakhatreh, President of the Jordanian-Thai Friendship Association, along with Mr. Bashar Khasawneh and Mr. Mohammad abu Layla, the members of the Association, for their support toward various Embassy’s activities, including continuously supporting fund for scholarship for Thai students over these past 3 years. At the same time, they were discussing the COVID-19 situation which affected the Jordanian economy.
