On 31 March 2021 Ambassador Pornpong Kanittanon chaired the Team Thailand Virtual Meeting. The participants included heads of all Thai offices in Middle East accredited to Jordan, Iraq and Palestine. The objectives of the meeting were to discuss and exchange views on the political and economic development, as well as the impact of COVID-19 in Jordan, Iraq, and Palestine. The meeting also exchanged views on ways and means to strengthen cooperation and coordination among Team Thailand to promote trade, investment and tourism between Thailand and Jordan, Iraq, and Palestine.
