On 13 July 2020, the Royal Thai Embassy in Amman together with the Embassy of Malaysia in Amman repatriated 120 Thai nationals and their spouses along with 143 Malaysia nationals residing in Jordan to return to Thailand and Malaysia by a Charter Flight operated by Royal Jordanian Airlines from Amman-Bangkok-Kuala Lumpur. The said repatriation flight is scheduled to arrive in Bangkok on 14 July 2020 at 15.35 hrs. (Bangkok Local Time).

In this regard, the Royal Thai Embassy would like to express our thanks and appreciation to the Embassy of Malaysia in Amman, the Ministry of Foreign and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Thai Students Association in Jordan, the Thai Community in Jordan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, the Department of Consular Affairs, the Department of South Asia, Middle East and Africa, and authorities concerned in Thailand, Jordan and Malaysia for their kind support for the successful repatriation of the Thai and Malaysian nationals back to their homeland.
