On 20 February 2020, His Excellency Mr. Pornporg Kanittanon, Ambassador of Thailand to Jordan, and Madam Ambassador hosted a friendly dinner at the Thai residence. Guests included H.E. Mr. Malek Twal, Director-General for Asia and Oceania at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Jordan, Ambassadors of Russia, Australia, Austria, Sri Lanka and Kazakhstan to Jordan.
